Endeavor Indonesia office was launched in 2012 and today counts 61 companies in its portfolio, represented by 87 entrepreneurs, such as Aldi Haryopratomo (Mapan), Vincent Iswaratioso (DANA), Achmad Zaky (Bukalapak), Gibran Huzaifah (eFishery), Adrian Gunadi (Investree), and Dayu Dara Permata (Pinhome). To join Endeavor as a member, an entrepreneur needs to go through a selection process that includes several rounds of local and international vetting, which can take up to a year to be completed.

POSITION
- Role: Intern, Visual Designer
- Reports to: Manager, Communication & Outreach
- Works with: Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Endeavor Mentors, network members, and the Endeavor Global team (in 40+ countries & emerging markets)
- Create and design visual assets for Endeavor, including marketing collateral, presentations, banners, emails, infographics, branded items, and more
- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and execute visual campaigns
- Provide assistance in creating and managing content for Endeavor's website, social media, and other channels.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in graphic design and marketing
- Work with other departments to ensure that Endeavor's visual assets are consistent and effective
- Final year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of Canva, including its features and tools. Knowledge of other design & motion software is a plus.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, bringing out-of-the-box ideas for the different work lines such as events, content, and strategy
- Social media savvy: understands how the different platform works and how Endeavor can make the most of them
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work, including motion graphics
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Strong attention to detail and high organizational abilities
- Able to maintain a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Indonesia's economic, business, and entrepreneurial climate is a plus
